Costa Esmeralda or Emerald Coast is located on the Pacific side of Nicaragua and is comprised of numerous quiet bays, jaw-dropping cliffs, and long beaches with 15 plus surf breaks, all within a 50-mile range.
There is an extraordinary blend of local Nicaraguans and international travellers, who on their off-the-beaten-path search, decided to call this coast their home. This made for a beautiful community at Hacienda Iguana, who are bound together by the rugged beauty of the country, love for surf and authentic connections.
